Hard red spring wheat

Hard red spring wheat is prized for its high protein content and strong gluten characteristics. It’s also low in fat and saturated fat, cholesterol free, very low in sodium, and rich in healthy fibre. Basically, it’s the best – that’s why we use it.

Certified organic options.

We’re happy to say we recently became certified by Fraser Valley Organic Producers Association. That means that the ingredients used in our organic bread have been produced through methods that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity.

Through the years Stuyver’s has enjoyed steady growth. We credit this growth to our people and their collective passion for making great bread. Currently, we operate from a new 72,000 square foot facility in greater Vancouver, British Columbia. With flexible state-of-the-art baking equipment, including artisan bread lines and blast freezing technology, we have the ability to bake breads in large volumes, while maintaining consistency and high quality.
